Adult Jiu Jitsu

We offer adult Jiu Jitsu training 6 days a week with both structured classes and open mats. Our program focuses on a systems-based approach, with drilling, positional/specific training, and live training. From a self-defense and competition perspective, Vagabond offers supplemental Judo and wrestling training to bridge the gap between what happens while standing up and on the ground.

Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu

Vagabond believes Jiu Jitsu is for every body. We offer women’s-only training each week for women to sharpen their skills alongside one another while building community in a supportive environment. Whether you are a seasoned upper belt or interested in trying Jiu Jitsu for the first time we are here to support and share in your unique Jiu Jitsu journey.

Kids’ Class

We offer kids 4 and up an opportunity to experience structured Jiu Jitsu training with careful, age-appropriate instruction. We are committed to offering a diverse community for kids to learn to challenge themselves and experience the joy of self-growth. Taught by Coach Tim and an assistant coach, your kids will be led in warm-ups and Jiu Jitsu technique.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a stand-up kickboxing style that originated in Thailand using all “8 limbs” - punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Classes are appropriate for all levels, from those just learning the basics to experienced strikers. Expect a light warm-up with a primary focus on functional, fight-ready techniques and partnered pad work. Check our schedule and join us for a class!

Yoga

Join our community yoga class. Open to all members of our community for a small drop-in fee. Enjoy this time in your day to build strength and flexibility while finding restoration and recovery. Great for Jiu Jitsu training recovery!
